These Terms of Use govern your access to clapclap.games and any casual game that Clap Clap Games directly provides through the Website or a page operated by us. Clap Clap Games is a Brazil-based developer and publisher of mobile and web games, based in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
By accessing or using the Website or a directly provided game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in the situations it covers. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are separate documents.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use the Website and directly provided games only if you can form a legally binding agreement where you live and your use is lawful. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms in your country, use the Website and games with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use and helping the minor understand these Terms.
Some games or distribution platforms may impose additional age requirements, rules, or parental controls. Those requirements are controlled by the relevant game, platform, app store, or service and may apply in addition to these Terms.
2. What these Terms cover
“Clap Clap Games services” means the Website and games, features, content, and functionality that Clap Clap Games directly operates or makes available. This may include pages that let you play a web game, access information about our games, or follow a link to a distribution platform.
These Terms do not make Clap Clap Games responsible for services that are independently operated by another company. Poki, CrazyGames, Apple App Store, Google Play, social networks, advertising providers, embedded-player providers, and other external services may have their own accounts, terms, privacy notices, payment systems, age rules, advertising controls, and support processes. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and they control their own operations. A link or embedded player does not transfer control of that service to Clap Clap Games.
3. Personal, non-commercial licence
Subject to these Terms and any applicable platform rules, Clap Clap Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and directly provided games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information.
This licence does not give you ownership of the Website, a game, or any content. You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, rent, sell, license, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Clap Clap Games services unless we have expressly permitted it in writing or applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
4. Intellectual property
The Website and directly provided games, including their software, code, game mechanics as expressed in the game, artwork, animation, audio, music, text, logos, names, trade dress, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Clap Clap Games or its partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Clap Clap Games” and related names, logos, and branding are not licensed to you except as needed to identify or use the services. You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
5. Acceptable and prohibited use
You agree to use the Clap Clap Games services responsibly, in accordance with applicable law, and in a way that does not interfere with other people’s use. You must not:
- use the Website or a game for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automated play, manipulate scores or rewards, or obtain an unfair advantage;

- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits it;

- use our content, game names, or branding to mislead others about an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership; or
- use the Website or a game in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates the rules of the platform through which you access it.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take measures that are reasonably necessary to protect players, partners, the Website, and the games.
6. Availability and changes to games
Games and Website features may vary by country, device, operating system, browser, language, platform, and distribution arrangement. We may update, balance, replace, suspend, or discontinue a game or feature, or change how it is made available, at any time where permitted by law. We do not promise that a particular game, feature, version, or platform listing will remain available.
When you play through an independent platform, that platform or publisher may make changes to the player, listing, hosting, content, moderation, advertising, or availability without control by Clap Clap Games. Contact the relevant platform for issues caused by its service.
7. Virtual currencies, items, and rewards
Some games may include virtual currencies, items, points, lives, unlocks, rewards, or similar digital features. If a game includes them, they are limited, revocable permissions to use features within that game, not money, property, or a deposit, unless applicable law requires otherwise. They may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the relevant game or platform.
Availability, earning rules, expiration, limits, and any additional conditions for a virtual feature will be shown in the relevant game or platform. We may change or remove virtual features where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms represents that any game currently offers paid virtual items, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or another purchase system. If a separate purchase feature is introduced, the applicable store or payment provider’s terms and the information shown at the time of the transaction will also apply.
8. Advertising, including interstitial and rewarded ads
Where a particular game or platform supports advertising, you may see interstitial, rewarded, display, banner, mid-roll, or other advertising formats. A rewarded ad may be offered as an optional exchange for an in-game benefit, but the availability of the ad, the reward, the advertiser, and the timing may depend on the game, device, country, platform, and third-party provider. We do not promise that an ad or reward will always be available or delivered without interruption.
Advertising, measurement, consent, and personalisation controls may be managed by an independent platform or provider. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Please use the controls provided by the relevant operating system, app store, game portal, browser, or provider where available.
9. Third-party platforms and external services
Our games may be listed, hosted, embedded, or distributed through third-party platforms, including Poki and CrazyGames, and mobile games may be distributed through app stores such as Apple App Store or Google Play. These platforms are independent of Clap Clap Games. They may control the player, account, payments, downloads, updates, moderation, advertising, analytics, support, and other parts of your experience.
Clap Clap Games is not a party to your separate agreement with an app store, portal, publisher, or other external service and does not control its availability, security, content, policies, or practices. If a platform’s terms conflict with these Terms for activity that occurs on that platform, the platform’s terms govern that activity. Questions about platform-operated features should be directed to the relevant platform.
10. Links
The Website may contain links to external websites, media, app stores, game portals, social networks, or other services. We provide those links for convenience or reference. A link does not mean that Clap Clap Games endorses or controls the destination. We are not responsible for external content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, or transactions. Review the destination’s terms and notices before using it.
11. Updates and support
A game or the Website may receive updates, patches, maintenance, or other changes. An update may be needed to continue using a feature, and older versions may stop working. Updates delivered by an app store, game portal, or other platform are subject to that platform’s process and rules.

12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Website or a game at any time. Where appropriate and practicable, we may provide notice, but we may act without prior notice when immediate action is needed.
When access ends, the licence granted under these Terms ends for the affected service. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and directly provided games are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, compatible with every device or browser, or free from errors or harmful components. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, reward, download, revenue, availability, or continuity.
These disclaimers apply only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, statutory right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clap Clap Games and the people and entities acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or expected savings, arising out of or related to the Website, a directly provided game, or these Terms.
To the extent liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to the direct loss that is reasonably foreseeable and proven to have resulted from our breach or other legally actionable conduct. This paragraph does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including mandatory consumer protections, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable liability.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clap Clap Games and the people and entities acting on its behalf from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. We will not require indemnification for a claim caused by our own conduct to the extent applicable law does not permit it.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules that would require another law, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Clap Clap Games services will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil, with venue centered in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. You may have the right to bring a claim in another forum under mandatory law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Website, games, platforms, partners, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. The revised Terms take effect when posted unless we state a later date. If a change is material, we may provide an additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
